We attempt to resolve disputes through dilligently through in-house as well as external expert lawyers. We provide the following services under this heading:
Litigation
- Drafting, appearance, pleading and representation at various judicial and quasi judicial entities in Nepal. We also provide a comprehensive litigation management service from the stage of pre-litigation advisory till enforcement of judgment. We assist the client in planning, selection of lawyers, collection of evidence, drafting and filing of requisite documents and applications, court representation, pleading, enforcement of judgment.
Arbitration
- We represent clients in arbitration proceedings. We assist the client from the initial procedural aspect of arbitration depending upon the contractual arrangment between the parties.
Negotiation
- We provide advisory and representation in negotiations between parties in order to reach an efficient resolution to disputes as per requirements of the client.
Contractual Enforcement
- We assist clients in enforcement of contracts. This is specifically useful when a person refuses to perform their duty as per the contractual terms. We assist the client in first and foremost understanding the applicable law and practical aspects in order to gauge the situation. Then we advice the client on the optimal way for enforcement.
